Here are a few hints so that you can quickly find your way around the page. You will find this page later in the menu under your name as “quick overview”, if you need it again.
So, let’s get started:
- The heart of the site is the board, where members help each other and the authors of the book Bye, Bye, Booze comment with. You can find the board in the menu bar under … well, just “board”. Click on it once, under the term board you will find more items, all related to the community. For example you can view new posts etc. pp. Just try it out.
- But before you disappear into the forum, here are our house rules. Please read them carefully.
- If you want to write your first post, for example, to introduce yourself: Here’s how to do it easily.
- Please have a look at our extensive help pages. If you really can’t find an answer to your questions about the forum here, then you can ask technical questions about the forum here. Click on “Add topic”.
- The help pages, by the way: Here you will find not only technical information, but for example a dictionary, the reference list of the book “Alcohol adé”, Gaby Guzek’s intake scheme, questions and answers … and much more.
- If you don’t have the book Bye, Bye, Booze yet, you can find the order pages in the menu under “Store”. Here you can also book the medically supervised coaching program or arrange a private coaching – just click to explore.
- Then you will find your alias in the menu – here you can send us a message or view and edit your forum profile. Just click on it.
- The other menus are actually self-explanatory. Already getting impatient? Then let’s go!
